Jensen Makarov founded Makarova Strategic Finance Partners under a simple but powerful founding vision – institutional-level finance, strategy, and investment expertise should be accessible to all companies and in all stages of their growth journey.
 

He built his career in mergers & acquisitions, capital formation & investments, corporate & strategic finance, and commercial partnerships. He gained executive-level and institutional investing experience working with companies ranging from small, family run businesses to large corporations, across a variety of industries, and in public and private markets.
 

Based in San Diego, California, when he's not working tirelessly for his clients, Jensen spends his time exploring the world class surf Southern California has to offer and perfecting his golf swing at the scenic golf courses that line the coast. With his roots based in Colorado, he travels back to enjoy skiing and exploring the Rocky Mountains. He also loves traveling the world and immersing himself in foreign cultures.
